This study used the quantitative design in the true-experimental method in examining the study using pretest and posttest. The descriptive comparative research method was also used in the pretest and posttest to obtain the significant difference that will serve as the main data source to determine the learning level of selected students in Grade 11 HUMSS of the Senior High School Academic Track. The pretest mean score of the controlled group was 7, and the mean score of the experimental group was 8.6 before the use of online learning. (2) The pretest mean score of the controlled group was 11.65, and the mean score of the experimental group was 13.45 after the use of online learning. (3) Based on the result, the control group's mean difference was -4.65, with a 38 difference between the means. The t-value of -6.188 shows a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. The mean difference of the experimental group is -4.85, with a 38 difference between the mean. The t-value of -9.108 shows a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. There was an increase in the score of the pretest and posttest of the controlled and experimental groups of 11 HUMSS at Manuel S. Enverga Memorial School of Arts and Trades. (4) From the result, the mean obtained by the experimental group that used online learning was higher than that obtained by the control group that used modular.
