INCREASING THE LEVEL OF COMPARATIVE COMPETENCE OF A TEACHERNATURALIST IN THE SYSTEM OF POST-GRADUATE PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The article deals with some possibilities of increasing the level of comparative competence of natural sciences teachers of General Secondary education establishments in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The comparative competence is considered as a component of the subject competence of a teacher. The last one implies the qualitative formation of the subject competence of students by reason of the higher comparative degree of interdisciplinary knowledge. For this purpose during the courses of advanced training hearers have introduced to such scientific achievements, which have based on the laws of several natural sciences simultaneously and which have studied at school courses in natural sciences and mathematics; it has organized a project activity; it has used the ICT; it is taking place an exchange of their own pedagogical experience in the form of master classes, school-works, etc.
