INDICATORS OF INTENSIFICATION OF ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM STAFF IN THE CONTEXT OF REENGINEERING OF INFORMATION FLOWS OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article, the complex of key performance indicators of the activation of activities of the communication system employees is improved, which, unlike the existing ones, is aimed at internal stakeholders, involves grouping such indicators in terms of socio-economic and technological subsystems of the communication system, and also takes into account the strategic direction of management of communication processes. This provides an opportunity for economists, financiers, and analysts to form an optimal criteria base when improving and reengineering information flows of enterprises, as well as establishing such key performance indicators for different departments and employees of the entity. These indicators not only contribute to the coherence of actions of employees of different units but also provide a significant improvement in financial performance of the company.
