READINESS OF MACHINE BUILDING ENTERPRISES TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Abstract
The preliminary diagnostics of the readiness of machine-building enterprises of Ukraine for the implementation of organizational changes based on the study of the micro- and macroenvironment of the environment by means of PEST and SWOT analyzes have been carried out. A review of the problems that inhibit the growth of labor productivity of machinebuilding enterprises has been carried out. Characterized by the process of change management in enterprises. According to the results of the use of the PEST-analysis, it was proved that the socio-economic systems of machine-building enterprises are in a difficult situation as a result of the crisis in the country, the transformation of the sales market, the devaluation of the national currency, and the rise in energy prices. Based on the results of using the SWOT analysis of the factor environment of the machine-building enterprises of Motor Sich PJSC, Turboatom OJSC, Sumy NPO OJSC, recommendations on the expediency of a linear, linear-functional organizational structure, or preparation for the introduction of organizational changes are proposed.
