TYPES, OBJECTS AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEGAL FORMS OF ENTERPRISE IN AGRICULTURAL

Abstract
The origin of organizational and legal forms of agricultural enterprises is substantiated. It is determined that the existing position in their distribution was laid on the existing three forms of ownership and their equality. The division of agricultural enterprises is characterized by the form of ownership, the type of enterprise and the object of the organizational-legal form: state-owned enterprises (ownership form – state, type of enterprise – state, object – enterprise); private enterprises and farms (ownership – private, type of enterprise – private, object – enterprise); business partnerships – this is not an organizational and legal form, as noted in the statistical collections and their object, which includes organizational and legal forms. For example, a limited liability company is an organizational and legal form (the form of ownership is mixed, the type of the enterprise is the other, the object is the economic society); production cooperatives (ownership – private, type of enterprise – private, object – cooperative).
