VOCATIONAL EDUCATION TRAINING OF WORKERS FOR ENTERPRISES OF MEAT PROCESSING INDUSTRY

Abstract
The problems of vocational education development in Ukraine are investigated in the article. Further deepening of administrative reforms without filling their social content and active support to the labor collective can not be realized. The enterprises of meat processing industry are interested in highly skilled workers, but do not consider a necessity to cooperate with Vocational Educational Institutions. These relations must be legally certain and reflected at the development of “Statute about the base enterprise”, that must function on the principles of partnership, beneficial coexistence and long-term period.
