DIGITIZATION UNDER INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE ECONOMY: BASIC COMPONENTS AND TOOLS OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
Anytime complications of public institutes of development and relationships, the basis of which is modern digital technology, puts forward the issue of shaping of digital economy in Ukraine. The essence of digital economy as being, based on digital computer technologies is substantiated in the article. In particular, main attention is paid to describing basic components of this type of the economy. Innovative services/products (BioTech, NanoTech, BlockChain, RetailTech, FinTech, LegalTech, Digital-marketing, Grid technology, GovTech, e-ID, TeleHealth, ePrescription, e-democracy, Digital-insurance) that produce this economy are considered. The essence of digital economy and didgitalization are found out in the article; the basic components of economy are digital infrastructure, digital business operations, E-commerce. Tools of digital technology are artificial intelligence systems, automated decision making systems and expert management systems.
