ANALYTICAL EVALUATION OF PREPAREDNESS THE ENTERPRISES OF THE OIL AND GAS COMPLEX TO PARTNERSHIP WITH EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC STRUCTURES

Abstract
In this article proposed a methodology and assessed the readiness of the enterprises of the oil and gas complex to partnership with educational and scientific structures by the indicative method. The peculiarity of the system of assessing the level of readiness the organizations to partnership is to determine the total potential partner that combines quantitative (objective) and qualitative (subjective) components. The formalized (objective) component of the aggregate potential is the aggregate value of the group evaluation indicators of the partner potential of the organization, including financial, personnel and innovation-investment, and the unformalized (subjective) component combines organizational – managerial, reputation and information-infrastructure groups of indicators. As a result, the evaluation process is completed by calculating the integral indicator of aggregate partner capacity and interpreted the obtained values.
