MESSENGER MARKETING MAIN FEATURES

Abstract

The relevance and efficiency of messengers use in goods and services promotion of enterprises of all industries are grounded in article. The advantages messenger marketing use in Internet marketing system in front of traditional means of communication are presented. The main ones can be divided into two large groups: 1. for business: convenience; popularity; low cost; knowledge of customer mobile number; instant push-messages; privacy and personality; rich content; round-theclock support; use and settings easiness etc; 2. For the client: the client should not take unnecessary steps: go to the website, fill out the form, wait for the answer; messengers are available on all platforms and adapted to mobile devices; describing the problem, client can not only send text but also photos. Also, a set of tasks that can be solved with the help of messengers is given. Examples of messengers use in famous brands advertising campaigns are presented.
