INTRODUCTION OF OUTSOURCING TECHNOLOGY FOR IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The specific features of functioning of meat processing industry enterprises are considered in the article: complication of production pattern structure that is characterized heterogeneity of the technological and technical providing; independence in the workshops and interdependence of the results of workshop’s performances; seasonality of productions that is the result of unbalanced supplying of raw materials; requirement in providing of complex processing of raw material in one complete cycle, such concomitant products as: blood, endocrine and enzyme raw material, bile, bones, horns, hoofs, wool, other wastes. The feature of the production of meat processing industry enterprises is that business processes is realized on every structural subdivision that produces different finished commodity (meat, can food, sausage products, precooked foods, ready-to-cook foods, medical products, technical products and others). In modern terms most enterprises of meat processing industry do not recycle, does not engage in gathering of endocrine and enzyme raw material, food blood for production of medical preparations. Recyclable materials are utilized. Therefore, it is suggested to introduce the technologies of outsourcing for improvement business processes - production of goods from recyclable materials (technical products), and medical products of animal origin that will give an opportunity for updating and further development of these productions on meatpacking plants. Meatpacking plant passes business processes that are not the basic type of its activity, but it needs special knowledge, technologies, investments, innovations and others. In order to be competitive, large companies must concentrate strategic efforts on the basic types of their activity ‒ on the basic business processes. The collaboration of meatpacking plants and outsourcers firms will be able to render potential advantages that will become long-term and will allow eliciting some economic values to all concerned parties.
