INDICATORS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF FORMATION AND USE OF STRESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON RESULTING PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article presents a complex of key performance indicators of formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises, which are systematized in view of key parameters of the mentioned systems: identification and assessment of risks, dangers, and threats of occurrence of critical unwanted deviations within stress management systems; response to critical unwanted deviations; organizational and technical support for the formation and functioning of stress management systems, formalization of managerial processes within the limits of stress management systems; dissemination of skills, knowledge, and abilities within stress management systems. Issues of determination of criteria values for these indicators are considered. Conceptual foundations of the influence of stress management systems on resulting performance indicators of economic entities are outlined. Key negative consequences of economic nature caused by critical unwanted deviations are presented.
