US NATIONAL CURRENCY AS A COMPONENT OF GLOBAL COMPETITIVE LEADERSHIP IN GLOBALIZATION CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the model of the configuration of the world monetary system, which was based on the mechanism of accumulating official foreign reserves as a reserve medium for the formation of liquid funds in central banks. The demand of the international public sector for the US dollar as a reserve currency is determined primarily by the prevailing currency regime, which provides the United States with a range of competitive advantages in international monetary relations. The credit facility of the United States of America of foreign countries is currently being actively implemented on the institutional platform of the International Monetary Fund, which is known to place relatively strict requirements on the borrowing countries, so all the owners of the assets nominated in US dollars become essentially hostage to them and in the higher are interested in maintaining the stability of the US dollar.
