INDIVIDUAL APPROACHES TO THE EDUCATION OF JUDGES: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The article provides the comparative-legal characteristic of formation of the judicial case of the countries of the world and Ukraine. In the study the author identified the advantages and disadvantages of formation of the judicial corps around the world and proposed ways of improving the Ukrainian proceedings to improve its efficiency.
