LEGAL BASIS OF DISCLOSURE OF THE MEDICAL SECRECY

Abstract

The article investigates the subject of the medical secrecy, the order of its disclosure. It is analyzed laws that guarantee the preservation of the medical secrecy as well as cases when the disclosure is not an offense.
