LEGAL ERRORS: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL RESEARCH

Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific analysis of the theoretical interpretation of the essence and content of a legal error as a category of general theoretical jurisprudence. Common signs and types of legal errors, subjective and objective factors of their occurrence are determined, as well as the grounds for the error of the subject of law.
