THE SHAREHOLDING IN A COMMERCIAL COMPANY AS A LEGAL NEXUS

Abstract
The characteristics and definition of the legal nexus are provided as a result of the investigation of the cholary opinions and use of this category by the legislator of Ukraine. The conclusion that a shareholding in a commercial company may be qualified as a legal nexus is made as a result of extrapolation of the general characteristics of the legal nexus to the complex of the legal relations among the commercial company and its shareholder.
