Abstract
Problem setting. A comprehensive analysis of the main problems of current law-making bodies of executive power as part of the mechanism of human rights in our country. Target of research. Promote commitment to the process of scientific inquiry will appeal to the related fields of law, the analysis points of view of experts and scientists (VK Babayev, SA Vorobyov, YM Sydorchuk, VV Chernyey etc.) study existing provisions of legal acts of Ukraine. Article’s main body.This article analyzes the key problems of law-making authorities in Ukraine, which is regarded as part of the mechanism of human rights. Particular attention is paid to the subjective and objective problems of subordinate legislative activities that occur in all phases of these activities and formed recommendations to address these problems. Conclusions and prospects for the development. So, summing up over the above, it should be noted that the lawmaking activity of executive authorities as part of the mechanism of human rights in Ukraine characterized by complex problems.
