INDUSTRIAL-FINANCIAL GROUPS’ FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND UKRAINIAN PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
Different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «industrial-financial group», world experience and advantages of functioning of typical models of financial-industrial groups are considered in the article. The main mechanisms for the creation of industrial and financial groups are given. It is noted that the most widespread industrial and financial groups were in developed countries – the USA, Japan, Germany, France and Italy. The possibility and expediency of their use in Ukraine is analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of financial and industrial groups are considered.
