INDUSTRIAL PARKS AND QUARTERS IN AZERBAIJAN: CHARACTERISTICS OF FORMATION AND INVESTMENT PROCESSES

Abstract
In the article the questions of formation of industrial parks and quarters and development of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan are investigated. The investment processes of the formation of industrial parks and neighborhoods are characterized. The place and role of high technology parks in support of high technology industrial production are determined. in the process of forming industrial parks and neighborhoods, the role of the investment relations system is of decisive importance. The optimality of industrial production and development from the point of view of a stable and balanced rate of intra-country regions and relations is primarily determined by the characteristics of modern investment processes. Therefore, consideration in one aspect of the characteristics of the formation of industrial parks and neighborhoods, development and realizable investment in Azerbaijan is appropriate. Support of high technology production is an important factor that determines the technological, in particular, the high-tech pace and scale of development.
