STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article investigates the essence of innovations and their impact on the sustainable development of the country, effective economic policy and enterprises competitiveness. It is proved that increasing the efficiency of the national economy innovative development is one of the complex and unsolved problems since the foundation of our state. Much attention is given to the research of strategic management of the national economy innovative development. It should be emphasized that in recent years there has been an evident trend of increasing scientific attention to this problem. On the basis of the conducted researches, the indicators of innovative development are analyzed which make it possible to identify priority measures of a strategic nature. The approaches that promote the growth of effective management of the national economy innovative development through the construction of coordinated strategic goals are proposed, and it will allow making grounded managerial decisions in practice. It is revealed that the mechanism of innovative activity`s development in its majority is based on increasing the innovative activity of science through the introduction of scientific and technical results in practice. However, the low level of demand for innovative products threatens the innovation process development as a whole in the country and leads to a decrease in the competitiveness of economic entities. The relevance of the strategic management of innovative development for modern Ukraine is substantiated. The positive impact of innovation in solving complex economic issues and sustainable development of the national economy is established. It is proved that the formation and implementation of strategic goals of increasing the efficiency of strategic management of the national economy innovative development will ensure the prevention of unproductive consumption of resources; will focus on the usage of the necessary strategies, which will help to succeed and strengthen the position on the domestic and world markets, which in turn will weaken the negative impact of crisis phenomena and will contribute to the stable growth of Ukraine's economy.
