DETERMINANTS FORMING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF EURO-INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
In the article the author conducts an analysis of theoretical and methodological approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of competitive advantage of the enterprise. It has been determined that increasing competition in the market in most cases leads to the need to ensure the competitiveness of domestic industrial enterprises. Under the influence of a variety of sources of competitive advantage, there are different approaches to the essence of this category among scholars, including such as: resource-cost, adaptive-innovative, qualitative approach and value-competence approach. Characterized by the types of competitive advantages, in accordance with the classification criteria. For the purpose of taking a set of alternative management decisions in the system of competitiveness management of the enterprise, managers should evaluate in detail all the internal and external sources of the formation of competitive advantages. The elements of internal and external competitive advantages of the economic entity are determined. To form the competitive advantages of a machine-building enterprise under conditions of adaptation to the external environment, it is important to form and correct, if necessary, the chosen economic entity of the competitive strategy. The order of evaluation of formation of competitive advantages of the machine-building enterprise under the influence of activation of integration processes is given. The groups of indicators, which determine the competitive advantages of products, which are realized by the enterprise, are disclosed. It is proved that the level of performance of the enterprise competitiveness management system can be determined by evaluating the formation of competitive advantages, which will allow the managers of the enterprise to identify the problematic aspects of functioning and to take corrective measures to eliminate them. Changes in the structural and organizational character of the financial and economic activities of machine building enterprises, namely the construction of an effective system for managing competitiveness, will lead to the intensification of the processes of forming competitive advantages.
