INDUSTRY COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PROCESSES AND AN EMPRICAL STUDY

Abstract

Strategic management process is evaluated in terms of different modernist views. When considered from a strategic perspective to continue the business of life is a goal. However, it is more important to gain sustainable competitiveness. It is studied industry analysis of strategy development tools. Competitive analysis; The threat of potential competitors, existing competitors from competition size, threat of substitute products, the size of the customer's power, as power suppliers are discussed in five sizes. The impact on the competitive dimension to export (, 027) is significant. The threat of potential competitors (, 008) and the threat of substitute products (, 016), the impact on competition between existing competitors is a significant size. Also among power suppliers in the current position with working hours (,04) found a significant relationship.
