INFLUENCE OF ANIMAL WASTES TO WORKING CONDITION OF THE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

Abstract
Technological equipment using on livestock farms and complexes should provide threading, continuity, rhythm process. Analysis of the causes of failure of process equipment for the processing of animal waste and determine methods to increase their reliability is a research aim. In the article the analysis of working conditions of the technological equipment for processing of biowastes of animals is conducted. It was found that the most significant reason for the loss of working capacity is abrasive and corrosive-mechanical wear. The causes of wear of parts and components of livestock equipment are: humidity; temperature changes; presence of carbon dioxide in the air, ammonia; mechanical effects; dust; high utilization of equipment and short periods of technological breaks. Remains of feed, foreign objects (basically small stones, soil, sand, clay, sawdust, sub-genres, undigested remnants of straw or plant), urine, air, organic and inorganic compounds affect on the physic-mechanical and performance properties of contact surfaces of processing equipment. The characteristic of methods that will improve the reliability and dependability of technological equipment were analyzed. The schedule preventative maintenance and technical service of technological equipment for the processing of animal waste to increase the working capacity and lifetime is proposed.
