INFLUENCE OF BANK CREDITS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINIAN NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
On a regular basis, the development of the national economy is characterized by an unsettled and unaccounted for. Experts, analysts, scientists are looking for the best ways to restore the stability of the domestic economy and create the preconditions for sustainable economic growth and welfare of the population. One of the main instruments of socio-economic development is the credit, through which economic entities receive funds to finance current and promising eco¬nomic activity. However, today the lending process is limited, because it is characterized by high requirements for a potential borrower, high cost of attracting and servicing loans, high transaction costs. At the same time, a significant proportion of economic entities-potential borrowers is characterized by low levels of liquidity, financial stability, profit¬ability, and poor creditworthiness. The article examines the relationship between loans and the national economy. Among this was found the relationship between lending to some sectors of the economy and GDP. Methodical and practical recommendations have been developed to improve creditworthiness in order to overcome the economic crisis in the country.
