FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PERSONNEL POLICY AT UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article reveals the essence and significance of personnel policy of the en¬terprise; its main purpose is the rational use of labor resources. The issue of personnel policy formation and realization at Ukrainian enterprises is defined. Basic principles and factors, influencing the formation and implementation of personnel policy, are consid¬ered. Modern methods of staff motivation are analyzed with the purpose to increase modern enterprises’ productive activity. The main goal of the research is identification and analysis of the basic princi¬ples, methods of formation and implementation of the high-quality personnel policy. Re¬search subject of this article is the process of the personnel policy formation and realization. For achieving the stated objective such general and special scientific methods are used as, systemic, structural and logical analysis, formalization, and analogy, comparative and integrative methods. It is noted that the key complexity of the personnel policy formation is the ac¬counting of the changeable factors of the external environment of the company and its specificity. It is stated, that the system of procedures and methods of personnel work should be in line with the enterprise’s capabilities, values and strategies, and the prin¬ciples of personnel policy should be taken by the team. In the paper emphasize is maid on the motivation of the personnel. Approaches of Sh. Richi and P. Martin, and KPI method are proposed as the part of motivation strat¬egy of the modern enterprise.
