Influence of civil society and institutes of direct democracy on state power

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the main issues present in the interaction between the authorities and public during reformation in Ukraine. The problem of public participation in the government administration through direct democracy is discussed. The author paid special attention to the question of following development of civil society in Ukraine. All of this is a reason to harmonization interaction between state and civil society.
