INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT PROGRAMS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATIONON BIOMOTORICAL CAPABILITIES OF SCHOOLBOYS

Abstract
The re se arch was do ne on the sam ple of 170 scho ol boys in the third gra de of se con dary school. The te sted scho ol boys we re 17 years old plus/mi nus six months at the be gin ning of this re se arch. The scho ol boys we re di vi ded in to three gro ups: the fi rst – ex pe ri men tal gro up E1; the se cond - ex pe ri men tal gro up E2 and the con trol gro up – gro up K. With the fi rst ex pe ri men tal gro up E1 I did the pro gram by cho i ce of ba sket ball with two clas ses a we ek. The se cond gro up E2 al so did this pro gram and it had one tra i ning a we ek in ba sket ball sec tion. And the con trol gro up K tra i ned by “stan dard” pro gram of physi cal edu ca tion. The pro gram was re a li zed du ring one aca de mic year. The re se arch was or ga ni zed by the system of pe da go gi cal ex pe ri ment with pa ral lel gro ups, and the chan ges which oc cur red un der the in fl u en ce of ap plied pro grams we re fol lo wed in three fi elds: morpho lo gi cal, bi o mo to ric and psycho so cial fi eld. The goal of the re se arch was to ma ke di ag no sis of ini tial and fi nal sta te of an thro po lo gist sta tus which was the aim of this re se arch. on the te sted scho ol boys. In this work we ma de a sur vey on the re sults of this re se arch which ap pe a red in the fi eld of bi omo to ric ca pa bi li ti es of the te sted boys. To fol low the le vel of bi o mo to ric ca pa bi li ti es we used the bat tery of 17 mo to ric tests.
