INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC FACTORS ON EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article examines the existing economic factors and production indicators, their relationship with management decisions in the process of their impact on the process of forming an effective enterprise management system. Theoretical approaches to enterprise management and experience of their application was analyzed. The mentioned approaches to increase of efficiency of management of activity of the enterprise depending on a stage of a life cycle, on the basis of which formed the target benchmarks and components of the process of making managerial decisions. On the basis of the research conducted, a defined, structured and systematic list of eventual managerial decisions depending on the state of the company's life cycle. The main goal of the commodity producer is to create a highly profitable enterprise for the production of competitive products at the level of world quality, based on an increase in the personal interest of workers in production. It should be noted that the achievement of a certain level of success of the operation of the enterprise is inextricably linked with the acquisition of the enterprise characteristics of competitiveness. The effectiveness of enterprise management is a complex concept that reflects the results of the use of resources over a certain period of time, depending on the stage of the life cycle of the enterprise, the main feature of which may be the need to achieve the desired goal of the enterprise with the least cost. Managing the efficiency of an enterprise is a process aimed at ensuring sustainable and continuous development of an enterprise that requires management influence. In order to do this, it is necessary to rely on a scientifically grounded system of indicators that will determine not only the ways but also the mechanisms of influence on production. The efficiency of enterprise management is a complex concept that reflects the final results of the use of resources over a period of time, depending on the stage of the enterprise’s lifecycle, the main feature of which may be the need to achieve the desired goal of the enterprise with the least cost, while the management of the efficiency of the enterprise – a process that seeks to ensure sustainable and continuous development of this enterprise that needs to be influenced by management. The search for a rational model of the combination of “efficiency management” and “management efficiency” as a “process” and “result”, which will be based on a scientifically based system of indicators that will determine not only the directions but also the mechanisms of managerial influence on the activity of the enterprise, taking into account the enterprise’s lifecycle, is the direction of further scientific research.
