Influence of health swimming on organism of 50–60 years old men which have over- weight and obesity

Abstract
In this article lighted up of origin of overweight and its negative influence on development of organism of 50–60 years old men. Features are exposed and advantages of the health swimming are resulted in compare with fit walking and run, as a universal mean of illness prevention, organism temper and physical capacity increasing. Proved that health swimming aids surplus weight decreasing, men’s functional state improve, increases their emotional tonus.
