Influence of innovations on economic safety of the state in the section of machine–building industry

Abstract
The article analyzes the strategic priority directions of innovation activity in the machine–building industry. It is shown that the state of innovation determines the level of production of high–tech products, which is the prerequisite for funding new cycles of technologically high–tech and high–tech machine–technical production and provides additional competitive levers of international marketing policy. The dynamics of export and import of machine–building products by sub–sectors is presented. It is concluded that occupying the leading place in the industrial sector of the country’s economy, the machine–building industry becomes the main lever of the transition of the country from one technological way to another, a higher level.
