INFLUENCE OF THE LAND LOTS EXPOSITION ON THEIR ECOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND VALUE

Abstract
The method of allocation according to the DEM of the land lots on slopes with a certain orientation is given. These plots will have the appropriate environmental characteristics. In conducted studies, it has been shown that land on slopes receives appropriate insolation, which affects fertilization, productivity, erosion, accumulation of the pollutants, and, in an eventual account, on the money estimation.
