Influence of the masses and the institute of leadership on political processes in Ukraine and Poland

Abstract
The article compares the revolutionary processes in Ukraine and Poland in the context of the influence of the masses on them and the phenomenon of political leadership. The reasons for which Poland in Ukraine has moved much further in building a democratic European society are considered.
