Abstract
In today's information age conditions of the XXI century informative safety of the corporate economy is gaining an increasingly important role, and the question of its security become more acute. The rapid introduction of information technologies in all spheres of society and development of the corporate economy in the globalization process actualizes the question of the definition of reasonable and effective ways of ensuring informative safety. The purpose of this article is theoretical and methodological analysis and identification of the main components of informative safety of the corporate economy in the context of globalization in order to protect data, increase efficiency and competitiveness in the global market economy. Theoretical and methodological basis of research monograph is scientific and analytical articles Ukrainian and foreign scientists, legislative and regulatory acts of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, national programs of Ukraine regulating the activities of national security of Ukraine, the results of their, research of the author. The research work used the following methods: systematic and comparative analysis of types and synthesis method. The results are based on research in the context of scientific approaches to the definition of informative safety. Systematized and presented a comparative analysis of the category of “informative safety”. A consider informative safety as an integrated part of the process to protect information from internal and external threats and creating favourable conditions for the effective functioning of corporations and improve their competitiveness. Scientific novelty of the article is to improve the scientific and methodical approach to determining components of informative safety corporate economy a whole set of political, economic, organizational, technical and other measures to help the implementation of information rights and interests of corporations. The practical significance of the results is providing information safety corporations from internal and external threats, creating favorable conditions for the effective functioning of corporations and increases their competitiveness. The development of measures to ensure the institutional environment interaction is the prospect of further research of the corporate economy based on parity information safety.
