Abstract
Determined relevance of problem formation of information- analytical competence of the future records managers, information analysts in universities. The problem analysis of educational qualification characteristics of future professionals was conducted. The need for information- analytical activities in the course of their professional duties was identified. The article shows the examples of application of information-analytical competence in teaching.
