INFORMATION CONSTITUTING RESTRICTED INFORMATION AS A SUBJECT OF A CRIMINAL OFFENSE

Abstract
In the article considers issues of the definition “information with a limited access” in the Ukrainian legislation and carried systematization of this category. It is suggest- ed determination of a secret pre-trial investigation. Defined the criterion of attribution information with limited access to the subject of a criminal assault provided by item 361-2 the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
