Information infrastructure of the international stock market

Abstract
Information infrastructure is one of the most important components of the overall financial market infrastructure as it provides access and transparency to all market participants. Provision of the investor with timely and complete information is the most important condition for the development of a successful investment strategy and tactics, the formation of a qualitative analytical forecast, the choice of the investment object, as well as the moment of purchase and sale of specific securities. Lack of information means the cessation of the financial market itself.
