Journal Title: Вісник Кременчуцького національного університету імені Михайла Остроградського - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 110
Abstract
Purpose. To increase the efficiency of planning the petroleum products supply to gas stations through developing mathematical models and methods that allow to allocate the resources taking into account the previous demand, to minimize transport costs and to make the dynamic re-planning under unforeseen circumstances. Methodology. The re-search methods are based on linear programming theory and random search algorithms. Findings. A decision support system model has been developed which allows to optimize a plan for the petroleum products supply to gas stations by considering the vehicles condition, a need for the petroleum products and the gas stations spare resources, the operational situation at tank farms and mutual placement of the transport system objects and consumers. Originality. The method of planning for supplying the gas stations network with petroleum products on the basis of transport task has been developed. The algorithms for implementing the method of gas stations network supply in the software application have been developed. The components of the supply logistics subject area have been analyzed and the business process-es scheme has been designed. The software application architecture and development tools have been considered, in-formation system software modules and user interface have been implemented. The method of dynamic transportation planning for the existing fuel truck fleet has been improved, that allows reduce the cost of petroleum products transportation from the supplier to the gas station network. Practical value. The methodology for efficient gas stations supply with petroleum products and the decision support system for supply planning have been implemented. The fuel delivery planning method has been improved through the predictive model that allows choose the most efficient alternative solution at certain time and evaluate the demand in any type of fuel at any gas station for a period of time. The efficiency of scheduling has been improved by developing the dynamic re-planning method based on evaluation of gas station demand in fuel when the situation in the gas stations network is changed by randomly finding a new optimal solution for fuel trucks allocation on the routes.
