Journal Title: Stomatos - Year 2010, Vol 16, Issue 31

Abstract

The treatment for tooth cavity in proximate surfaces from previous deciduous teeth is normally of a difficult performance and the success of such method is related to the difficulty in the preparation of this procedure, the choice of color in the restoration material and the technique itself to restore the cavity. The presented case study talks about an alternative approach with the abrasion of the affected surface by means of polisher strings. It is possible to conclude that the presented propose is an efficient alternative to halt proximate tooth cavities.
