Abstract
The innovative stage of the organization of methodological work is the stage of radical changes in the organization of methodical work. Introduction of innovative teaching of teachers in the system of methodological work is to develop the creative thinking of the teacher, the ability to adapt in the educational process, in complex psychological and pedagogical situations, which allows him to fully perceive the dynamic changes in professional and psychological and pedagogical science, to realize themselves from the standpoint of humanistic an approach in interaction with participants in the educational process. The authors define the criteria and levels of organization of methodological work at the medical higher educational institution. Analysis of the structure of the innovative organization of methodological work has determined that for its successful implementation it is necessary to decide which psychological and pedagogical conditions ensure the efficiency of increasing the professional training of teachers.
