ОГЛЯД ЕТАПІВ СТАНОВЛЕННЯ МУЗИЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ В КОРЕЇ ВІД СЕРЕДНЬОВІЧЧЯ ДО СЕРЕДИНИ ХХ СТОЛІТТЯ

Abstract
The article analyzes and summarizes the stages of the formation and development of Korean national musical culture from antiquity to the middle twentieth century, which were reflected in the formation of musical and aesthetic education of students in schools of the designated period. The historical ways of developing the national musical culture of Korea as a factor influencing the development of musical and aesthetic education of students are considered. The influence of Confucianism on the cultural and aesthetic traditions of Koreans in the Middle Ages is shown. The revolutionary transformations are mentioned in writing, education and music, performed by King Sejong of the Joseon dynasty. The directions of music and music education in the period of Joseon, the place and role of the instrumental and song learning components are shown. The efforts of the occupation authorities to eradicate the national aesthetic traditions are shown as well as further Korean government activity on its revival. A brief comparative analysis of the place and role of musical aesthetic education in European and East Asian traditions has been carried out. Significantly more important role of aesthetic component in the educational program of Korea is shown.
