Abstract
The article considers the issues of ethical and legal, philosophical and biomedical perception of self-transplantology in socio-law aspect and in aspect of a life of best quality and a life of many years standing of patient. Ethical issue at the transplantology «donor – recipient» and principals «opting out», «opting in», which was confirmed a life of bad quality and a life of little term of patient or self-transplantology which will do a life of best quality and a life of long term of patient. What will do innovation progress at ukrainian self-transplantology and other biomedical technologies and social deconstruction in medicine at Ukraine? Where is principal of social justice at ukrainian government medicine?
