ЗАСОБИ АДАПТАЦІЇ ВИЩОЇ МЕДИЧНОЇ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ ДО АКТУАЛЬНИХ ВИМОГ

Abstract
The paper deals with the modern trends in re-forming medical higher education in Ukraine. The authors stress the importance of wide-spread introduction of blended learning paired with deployment of learning management systems able to facilitate development and functioning of personal learning environments based on multi-level organization of individual study tracks. Advanced practice for use of such methodology-and pedagogic technologies and systems are treated as a case in point to provide extreme individualization of the study content, up to creation of a “lissome” study programmes and/or introduction of the necessary number of versatile inter-discilinary modules within the structure of the already established structures of study to bridge the emerging gap between the academic routine at a third-generation University and the challenges of the labour-market.
