Abstract
Дослідження присвячене розгляду інноваційних методів відбору персоналу в організації, становленню його ролі в процесі роботи підприємств, ефективності організації праці на підприємствах та загалом ефективності діяльності підприємства. Дано визначення підбору персоналу, розглянуто традиційні та нетрадиційні методи відбору персоналу, порівняно традиційні та нетрадиційні методи відбору персоналу, досліджено використання інноваційних методів у ПАТ «Моршинський завод мінеральних вод «ОСКАР» .
