Abstract
The article outlines the distinctive features of the oil and gas industry; the main economic indicators of enterprises are analyzed and, on this basis, the expediency of using innovative technologies aimed at improving the current management structure, cutting costs and rational organization of the business processes infrastructure in the industry is justified.
