РЕАЛЬНЫЕ ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ДЕКАРБОНИЗАЦИИ ЭНЕРГЕТИКИ В УКРАИНЕ

Abstract
The article analyzes the possibility of complete decarbonization of the Ukrainian energy until 2050. It is shown that low oil prices and the use of technologies with high energy efficiency (EROEI) do not guarantee a continuation of the gap between the leaders and outsiders of Industry 4.0. In order to preserve the status quo, the leaders of Industry 4.0 should have at their disposal economic instruments that allow them to seize or divert the resources of weak countries to solve problems that are not relevant for these countries. Since the achievement of a carbonless future is impossible without the discovery of a new or multiple increase in the energy efficiency of known energy sources, the objectives of the Paris Agreement are unattainable, and its implementation will lead to an increase in the technological gap between developed and developing countries. In this regard, a new stage in the development of the Ukraine should consist not so much in the expansion of the use of non-carbon energy sources, the abandonment of nuclear electric and coal thermal stations, but in the use of technologies with high energy efficiency (EROEI).
