INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT THE STRATEGIC COURSE OF UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

Abstract
This article is devoted to the topical issues of the study of innovation and investment development of the Ukrainian economy, which at this stage is characterized by decreased activity, lack of financial resources, and a fall in effective demand for scientific and technical products. The problem was analyzed by studying the conditions for the creation of a favorable investment climate in Ukraine by considering the strategies to ensure effective use of the advantages of the national innovation model of development. The intention of this article is to identify priorities and ways of innovation development of economy in Ukraine, to detect points of growth of the Ukrainian economy, such as: the creation of a favorable investment climate in Ukraine, the emphasis on the development of its scientific and technological capacity, including the higher education system as the main instrument of training a highly skilled workforce of the state, and policy in the field of employment of citizens, in particular young people - the future of our country. Many publications are devoted to the problem of Ukraine's investment attractiveness. Therefore, the conceptual basis of the state policy of financial support innovative development should be a specialized state financial institutions and their interaction with the banking and non-banking financial institutions. These priorities should form the basis of national, regional and sector innovation and investment programs, and receive high priority support in the form of direct investment, preferential loans, and tax incentives and so on. Given that the “innovation is not the accumulation of knowledge, and a sense of need for a new” – innovations include not only changes in the economy, but also changes in management, social policy, environment and attitude towards others. Only innovation strategy corresponds to modern realities in Ukraine, because just it can make our country competitive in the world.
