Innovation of activity as a factor improve productivity

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to identify growth stocks of innovative activity of employees. The article investigates the impact of innovative activity of employees to increase productivity. Methodology of research. Attainment of the objectives of the article carried by the following general and specific research methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Findings. Analyzed scientific approaches to determining the categories of «innovation», «innovative work», «innovation activity personnel» and offered them improved definition. The proposed measures to enhance innovation activity of employees as a factor increase productivity. Practical value. The article substantiates that the proposed measures innovation increasing activity of workers will increase productivity. The main scientific position paper can be used in the practice of modern enterprises.
