Innovation processes: assessment of trends and prospects

Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyze the main problems of basic elements of innovative development, such as science, education and industry. Tendencies of innovative capacity in Ukraine and the state of innovative activity in Kirovohrad region were explored in the article. Application of innovative approaches in industrial sphere of a region was analyzed. Tendencies of innovations development were evaluated; interactions between the main elements of innovative development were investigated. Special attention was paid to the role of educational institutions in scientific research and suggestion of innovative ideas. Ways of optimization of competitive capacity of national science and education were suggested.
