Конкурентоспроможність випускників в умовах інноваційних трансформацій ринків праці та глобальних викликів

Abstract
Стаття присвячена аналізу впливу інноваційних та глобальних чинників на формування та реалізацію конкурентних переваг на ринку праці випускників закладів вищої освіти. У статті здійснена систематизація наукових уявлень про конкурентоспроможність у сфері праці і, зокрема, конкурентоспроможність випускників закладів вищої освіти. Запропоновано авторський підхід до визначення чинників, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність випускників. Зосереджено увагу на впливах інноваційних трансформацій ринків праці і глобальних чинників. Здійснено аналіз показників конкурентоспроможності країн за розвиненістю системи вищої освіти, індикативних показників відповідності системи освіти (у т.ч. вищої освіти) вимогам бізнесу. Здійснено порівняльну оцінку інноваційних змін структури зайнятості за професіями в Україні та окремих країнах Європи, які впливають на формування та реалізацію конкурентних переваг випускників на ринку праці
