INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIES OF SOIL ENERGY SAVING AS A PATH TO STABILIZATION AND HARMONIC DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL LAND USE

Abstract
The mechanism of management of soil energy resource of that provides deficit-free balance of humus in the conditions of uncer-tainty is considered. It is grounded that natural fertility can be achieved by retention at an appropriate level of humus content in soil rather than by application of fertilizers. Illegitimacy of actualization of economic fertility is defined as it doesn’t increase the fertility of soil but increases only the fertility of agriculture. It is stated that increase in livestock per unit area of arable land with the pur-pose of organic fertilizers volume of production increase leads to decrease in humus content in soil. The solution of the problem is an improvement of the composition of agricultural lands.
